By using Sauna List, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the listings

We work to keep listings accurate, but prices, hours and facilities change. Always check with the sauna before you go. You book and pay the sauna directly, and your booking is between you and them.

Saunas and cold plunges carry health risks. Follow each venue's safety rules, and check with a doctor if you're unsure whether they're right for you.

Your account and reviews

• You're responsible for what you post. Reviews must follow the review guidelines.
• You keep ownership of your reviews and photos. You give us a licence to show them on Sauna List and in our marketing for as long as they're published.
• We can hold, remove or decline content that breaks these terms or the guidelines, and suspend accounts that repeatedly do.

Sauna owners

• You can only claim a listing for a business you own or are authorised to manage.
• Information you add must be accurate and must not mislead.
• Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. Boosts give a rotating, labelled spot at the top of your area. They don't affect reviews or how other saunas rank.
• You can't offer people anything in return for a review, or for changing or removing one.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, Sauna List isn't liable for a venue's services or for losses caused by relying on listing information.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell account holders by email before it applies.
